MCC Chemistry Alumni Association

A very active and dynamic Chemistry Alumni Association functions in the department. It organizes a number of activities, viz

1.  Award of Prof. P. P. Krishnan Gold medal to the best B.Sc. Chemistry student.
2.  Award of Prof. P. S. Subramaniam Cash prize to the best M.Sc. Chemistry student.
3.  Prof. P. P. Krishnan Memorial Endowment Lecture in Chemistry by eminent Professors / Scientists.
4.  Inter Collegiate Chemistry Quiz.
5.  Supported the Department substantially in starting a Chemistry Book Bank.
